• 121 days or more before departure: 25% of the total fare will be charged.
• 91 – 120 days before departure: 50% of the total fare will be charged.
• 61 – 90 days before departure: 75% of the total fare will be charged.
• 60 days or less before departure: 100% of the total fare will be charged (no refund).

1. Booking Confirmation:
   A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit and a written confirmation from our side.
2. Payment Schedule:
   • 25% deposit is due at the time of booking.
   • Balance payment is due 120 days before departure.
3. Travel Documents & Visas:
   Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, and vaccination requirements for all countries visited during the cruise.
4. Itinerary Changes:
   The expedition itinerary is subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, or wildlife activity. The captain and expedition leader have full authority to alter the route in the interest of safety and experience.
5. Health & Fitness:
   This expedition includes landings on remote and uneven terrain. Guests must be in good physical condition and able to embark and disembark Zodiac boats.
6. Liability:
   We act as an agent for cruise operators and are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
7. Insurance:
   Comprehensive travel insurance (including emergency evacuation) is mandatory for all passengers.
8. Force Majeure:
   We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
